Christmas morning!

We can't keep our eyes off the goods! All us kids were kept very busy by grandma. Lots of great treats to be had! Below is me and dad in front of the Dickens village - this is prior to dad and grandad taking out a fir tree with some indoor helicopter flying.

Galveston

I went down with mom and dad to visit with Henrietta and Ray for a few days just prior to X-mas. We had a wonderful time. We rented a house in Pirates Beach and though the weather was not always the greatest had a wonderful time playing, eating, relaxing, etc. Dad tried flying a new stunt kite he got for his birthday - claims his failure was due to a lack of wind. Dad and Ray debated god, evolution, the meaing of life, intelligent design, and anything else designed to get mom all pissy. Aunt Henrietta - rare in the photos herself - took tons and tons of beautiful photos. I can't wait to see them all again soon!

we walked around

Dad got to go the Elissa - which may be enough to get him back to Texas. And we walked around downtown, though there was no consensus as to where we should go.

We hung out

I helped out in the kitchen, and below dad worked real hard at feeding me.

Carol, Suzy, and George

This is Carol, my 20 month old cousin, who came down to Galveston with her mom and dad while we were there. She is a master walker, runner, talker, counter (in Spanish and English), and eater. Mom hopes I pick up a few pointers!

Turkey Day

Finally! A picture from Thanksgiving. However, after waiting all that time it turns out we don't have any pictures of the whole group. In the meantime I AM walking now. I can take 4-5 steps in a row. However, since I am currently suffering from ear infection number 2, I prefer to be carried around. What else? We are heading out tomorrow to visit family in Texas and Tennessee. Expect more great pictures soon! Posted by Picasa

Catch up...

Okay, I know it has been awhile. First, mom and dad seem to have lost the charger for the camera, which means that there are no pictures of me (except on others cameras) for the last two weeks or so. Which is really too bad because on at least a couple of occasions I was wearing a dress! I am trying to 'borrow' a picture from my friend Simona's site - see sidebar - which has all the daddies and kids, in which I am not wearing a dress, but can't seem to do it...so go look at her site.

In other news - I really am not walking since that first couple of steps. Who needs to when you have mom and dad and kate to carry you around? Besides I can crawl super fast - and I can climb up stairs. I have 4 teeth now - two on top, though they are hard to see. I like to eat o's and vegetable puffs. I also like to carry them around on my body (they get sticky when wet) and leave them in places where I can then go back and eat them later! Always a snack to be found on the floor of our house.

I will tell mom and dad to get it together and get some pics up soon!

Coltrane!

Not sure why they all think he is sooooo cute....If I pull real hard I can make my ears do that! Posted by Picasa

Mom's family

Ray and Henrietta and Coltrane (see godlike image below) drove up from Texas and Mississippi, respectively, to meet us in Banner Elk, North Carolina. We hung out and did some hiking and eating. It was so beautiful up there and I told mom that really all the concrete in Philly was getting me down - I told her she needs to convince dad we need to move somewhere with a little more 'nature'.

conference number....good god, I've lost count

Here I am with Reanne - she gave me this super cute shirt. She may have learned that you can buy my love. We hung out at a really mediocre Hilton in a Durham strip mall. No sidewalks in the car friendly town - so we did laps around the parking lot in my stroller. Posted by Picasa

Fairmount Park

Mom was about to die of concrete exposure and so we went for a lovely walk in fairmount park. We got to try out my new backpack and I was exposed to real live 'nature'. Posted by Picasa

Halloween....

Ladybug.....thanks to grandma. Unfortunately, I was awake for about five minutes while out trick or treating with the fam (see picture with bumble bee below) before feeling the need to sleep....as a result no group pics. Fans can see pics of my other cousin Nico the dragon on Cora's website.
