More Austin

We just came back from my first trip to Austin where we visited a lot of mom and dad's friends. The first night we spent with Heather and Marc and Aidan (with the curls....I think he is kind of cute) out in Wimberley. Next we spent a couple of nights with Cara and Jeff and Mavis. This was our first time actually meeting in person though we have spent many an entertaining night Skyping. So you know Mavis and I recognized each other right away and had much fun together. We hung out together...as seen here.

The Pond

A few weeks ago we all got together and went to this most beautiful place...the pond. Out somewhere west of here at the house that our friend Curtiss grew up in. We all (Curtiss, Dan, Evelina, Simona, Tim, Estela, Nico, Cora, Mom, Dad, and me) spent the day swimming and grilling and relaxing. Do recall the previous post of me with my feet in the water...as such I spent most of my time eating and relaxing. Here is a lovely shot of Simona and one of me (practicing the crawl - on land).

We just got back from a week with Grandma's family in Destin. I got to meet great aunts and uncles, cousins and more cousins. It was a week of revelry as clearly shown here - decked out for 'Hawaiian Night'.
