This is me hanging out with dad at the conference. He was on primary kid duty while mom did the conference thing. Note the abundance of beer bottles.....don't tell mom. 

My first conference!

Here I am with Thomas. He was born one week after me to mom's friend Rachel. Rachel is also a demographer type and a RWJ scholar type and a Texas type. We all got to hang out together at the RWJ HSS conference in DC this past week/weekend. To be honest, Thomas and I weren't always able to tell them apart.
